2 new poses in yoga yester day
Steps
come to cat pose
bring your right leg,in between your hands
raise your hip and look upwards
repeat with other leg

Second
come to cat pose
lower your body,where only your chest and chin is touching the floor
your buttocks should not toughand should be raised


Nadi shoudan(breathing exerise)
use your thumb to close left nostril
use ring finger to close right nostril
index and middle finger should be on your forehead
breathe in one nostril and exhale in other
closing alternatively
