Mudra Vigyan

We had a session with Mr Vijay K Bansal who claims to cure
all ailments with mudra

THE TATVA YOGA MUDRA VIGYAN is an independent branch of Yoga. By folding the fingers of the hands in different postures and holding them for specific periods, natural tension is applied on the requisite nerves to provide curative effects for various ailments. Thus, it is a neural science, which does not require external intervention or invasive medical treatment. It can be practiced by anyone, anywhere, whenever you have 15 to 20 minutes spare time.

This is a very intresting topic to learn and discuss, since there is a lot of talk involved around this topic these days

Introduction to Mr Vijay Bansal

A retired Sr. Exec. from India, Mr. Bansal is an eminent practitioner and a strong proponent of healthy practices for the maintenance of good health, without the use of medicines, as far as possible. Jboss hits amazon EC2

JBoss Hits Amazon's EC2 Cloud
— Red Hat is beta testing its JBoss Enterprise Application Platform as a solution on Amazon's Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2). It's a way to tickle enterprise adoption of its Java application server. EC2 offers developers, enterprises and startups a web-scale compute infrastructure with virtually unlimited capacity and pay-as-you-go pricing. And of course clouds right now are very chi-chi.
